I have a very small project for someone and need recommendations. I am going to have a bar or tray fabbed up for my 4 x 4 labs front bumper to support new lights. I want the base to work around the winch and be just above it so I can get these lights as low as possible. Should be easy, cut and bend to make work. I may also have a couple other small goodies to make as well, still figuring things out.

Does anyone know of someone, especially if they are on the west side?
