Did I hear that right.... "two" mayors? I understand the whole two county thing, but counties don't got mayors... cities do. Counties got commisioners....
One mayor is for the city of Memphis, one is for the county...
And we got two school systems, city and county. And we gots two sets of property taxes, city and county.

Worst run city in the worst run county in one of the worst run states in the country.... if not for Illinois and California, it would be the trifecta.
More Memphis... kinda sad... but absolutely amazing what the aunt's primary concern is..

There's alot of stuff I can relate to in life, I've seen quite a bit. but to not value life the way extreme inner city people do... i can't relate. I've heard from people who have lived that life to say to see someone die from a stray bullet is normal and everyday life. Those kids truly expect to die early, and that's sad.
I once attended a camp that was mixed with deep inner city kids and we were from Evergreen Alabama... some law enforcement guy was trying to "scare us" with pictures of gang shootings and some were pretty graphic deaths ( I bet they couldn't show that some 25 years later to kids that age) but the point was that us little kids from small town Alabama couldnt barely look at the images and the inner city kids thought nothing of it. Even analyzing the photos... i didn't understand.
That video is sad, makes me sad. For the kids and even for that lady. Because of her environment she will never know how important life is.

As a Memphrica worker and Hernando Ms resident. Nothing can compare to seeing the utter crap that happens in Memphis on a day to day basis. I have to make sure while working on saturday that me or the other mechanic working has a pistol on me at all times dues to our parts counter getting robbed multiple times.
Don't forget about the wheels that were stolen off your 80.
