I will be in attendance at some point this weekend. I actually got the 4Runner running last night. I need to get it out of the garage this weekend to drive it around a bit to see if it will be reliable enough to bring up for the weekend. If not, I'll just ride shotgun and take some pictures.

Most likely I will come up early Saturday morning and leave mid afternoon on Saturday.

Hannah and I will be there saturday for sure...I might be running up to ND that weeked so it may be just for a 1/2 day.

Lance, debie, alex: thankyou so much for hosting this...I have yet to make it to this event for various reasons so if I miss again I fear my membership will be revoked...I will be there come hell, high water, or crying babies. ;p

Looks like I'll be heading out there Friday after work and stay till late Saturday afternoon.

Looking forward to seen ya'll there!

Okay guys, do we need to figure out food? I mean, we all like to eat!! Guess everyone needs to list what they are going to bring and exactly what meals they will be there for. Looks like we have 3 meals on Sat and Sun. and at least 1 on Mon. Fri. night looks like everyone might be on their own. And no I am not volunteering to put this together, especially as I may be out of town for a few days.

Peggy

We may make it up to the farm but can't say for sure yet. My sister in-law will be arriving late that Friday night and Wendy has a wedding to attend that same night. I assume folks will be hanging out until Monday so it may work out for us.

Sorry, I've been off the computer for several days, busy entertaining out of town family. Now, down to important FOOD planning! I will be making a trip to Sams for meat for the smoker, hot dogs, etc. I won't be difficult to plan as long as we know who is going to be here and if you all have any fave recipes, sides, or desserts to bring, just post it here. Also let us know what meals you will be here for.
I will take any suggestions also. I might make lasagnea or encheladas for Friday night and we can smoke meat /cook hotdogs for Saturday. Call me if you want to - 816-830-2808 or 816-790-3752

We are gonna have fun! Debie

whats on the list for breakfast ?
any of you do breakfast burritos ?
when i was in a ATV club we use to cook breakfast burritos
one guy would cook sausage and one would cook eggs
then we would miss them together (with stuff) and we would feed about 20 people. i could bring my cooker if some one had one more
and we could do that if there's any intrust.
or i could just eat a poptart

i was planning on bring my cooker anyways
i make homemade potato chips (for the supper time snack)
i will have the cooker
the slicer and other stuff
if 3 or more bring a 5 lb bag of potatos it would work out nice

We usually do breakfast burritoes one morning. Does anyone want to do chili, cheese eggs again this year for another breakfast? Debbie, Rob may have a bunch of hamburger patties in his freezer. Also, Mike will be there after all. He has a run to Texas that day so we won't be up until Fri. night. I think Rob is planning on being there early Fri. depending on how much trail work we get done this week end. Mike has just offered to cook hamburgers and brats, if you want, and we can bring our big grill. Peggy

looks like i'm speaking out of turn sorry
i have never been to a camp out with the club before just
giving some input (sorry to the cooks)

I AM LOVIN IT! Bring the cookers, crock pots, etc. I only have one, they will really help with the cooking. We set up our "living area" in the shop where we can cook, use the counter where we can plug in. Every year I worry about having enought food for everyone but the food starts appearing from everywhere when its time to eat, wow, its great. Please keep the suggestions coming, I love the breakfast burritos. I would like to know who will be here to eat Friday night and Saturday late afternoon will be BBQ and pot luck to go with it. My kitchen is open also if anyone wants to use it.

Also off to another subject, the bathrooms will also be available to everyone, showers, etc.

Keep throwing in those great ideas and lets make it happen!
