I spoke with them today, they are expecting us.

I vote for finding a different place..

It's very hard to find places. They typically want >$1500 for the room and then serve by the plate etc... I try to explain that we aren't a for profit business, we don't want special treatment, just a place to meet and help make the 1st Tuesday of each month a little more profitable but most places just can't support that model. I am going to reach out and see what the story is. Last night was not encouraging to say the least, it looks like they are on their way out.
