The Ratchet strap to the bull bar keeps it from bouncing. It doesn't block the lights or the license plate. Seems to ride pretty good and will work well getting to and from a campsite just no serious offroading for sure.

And to think folks are impressed to learn we heat burritos on our engines for on the trail lunch :D

I knew a welder that stacked a tube on top of his exhaust pipe to throw his burrito in every morning.. it had a little hinged door on it and everything.. Said he lost a burrito on the ROW so this was his "cure" for the issue.

Remember the old days when we used the rod oven ? At Vandenberg in '84 they said "no food in the rod ovens" !! A Bechtel big wig put a mason jab with ham hocks & beans in there one day and "somebody" turned the rheostat wide open , and it exploded. , my lips are sealed

You can put quite a bit of food in one.. I would throw a can of soup in it for a few hours, burritos were always in there... Its one hell of a tortilla warmer too.. I had a quality inspection and they were not too happy that all the low hydrogen were in the small caddies, PHFFT... We were hungry and it was -10F outside... "Old Days" my A$$ we still do it.. HA!
