March 11 Ride - Choccolocco

Most of us cant make the Hale Mtn ride with the STLCA guys so settled on a date for March 11 at Chocco.

ORV Riding Rates
Daily: $20 per driver + $5 per passenger
Weekend Pass: $30 per driver + $10 per passenger
(Weekend pass includes primitive camping)

I unfortunately work that entire weekend. I live maybe 6 minutes from the park. I will say, it has gotten pretty bad up there. Wrong turn and it gets rough quickly. But boy is it a confidence boost. If anyone needs help, give me a shout at 256-343-4447. Even though I won't be around I may can find some local help if all else fails

Would love to make this trip, but my little girl just had surgery and thus I'm a big maybe. I'll see if I can convince the wife that I need to get the boy out of her hair for the weekend.

I don't buy it - you can set up a meticulously laid out camp before anybody else arrives, but you can't unscrew/re-screw a couple of hose clamps in three weeks...
