manifold gasket options, if any...

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a current source for a manifold gasket for an F135 with Siamese ports? I know SOR used to but list as discontinued now.

Also I was hoping someone running an early setup with an Aisin D-40 could snap a picture of the linkage on the carb for the hand throttle cable. I gotta be missing a bracket or something because there is no place to attach the cable.
