Has anyone tried to paint their white Maggiolina RTT? Is this possible? I know white is likely the best in terms of heat-but there must be someone out there who just couldnt take the white and opted for something different?

its fiberglass, anything that will work on a boat hull should work on the maggiolina

We have several customers who have painted their Maggiolinas.

It is much better to paint it a lght color, IMO. Silver, tan, light green, etc. Paint it by dtripping of the decal, latches, and shrome trim. Clean and etch, shoot and clear coat. Put the stuff back on.

I can send you a new Maggiolina decal if you need one.

I used "smooth Duraback" on the Maggiolina when I fixed tbe first broken roof (snow damage). It has held up very well for 3 years now. It comes in colors and is easy to apply. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Any paint will work. sand it and clean/prep. it properly. Bob

A really awsome field fix: Duct Tape; spray on bed liner (then some white spray paint because the big black spot looks funny). Bob

offtopic somewhat--but how is condensation in the Maggiolinas? I saw that there is some undermat condensation accessory and wondered if the condensation is a real problem in these or certain models? Im contemplating the Columbus and wondered how ventilation is in these in the heat/cold?

we've had no condensation problems at all in the maggiolina despite using it in very heavy rain, in very hot, and in fairly cold (around freezing) temps
