Hey all. I designed some modified dust covers for the low-beam headlight that are deeper to accommodate the heat sink on many LED upgrade bulbs. If you have a 3D printer or a friend with a 3D printer, give them a shot. I recommend using a high-temperature filament like ASA, ABS, or at least PETG. I haven't tried PLA but I think it'd be likely to melt.
