Yes, pretty simple. IIRC, I took the screws out for a the shifter trim also. There was a plug underneath that took a little finagling to get your hand in to unplug, but should only take ya 30 min tops.
Much obliged thank you for the infoI dont remember to be honest. I know there is one bolt on each side by the seat mounts, then the ones up front. I think i just sat in the drivers seat and lifted it like I was opening the lid and the whole thing just rolled back. Im headed out to the shop in a bit, Ill take a look at it quick.
ya, that back panel with the changer and vent just snaps in. Take your time if its cold, but it will just pop out with a pick or small screwdriver. Pretty sure I pulled the CD cassette out of it first. Was a trip to see what was stuck in mine.... My black LX had all church and Christmas music in it and another LX I had came loaded with Korean pop. I have them somewhere still..... lolMuch obliged thank you for the info
