Nice write up, I have a hzj80 with a turbo and have the same issue with temps creeping higher than I would like during summer months. I'll be interested in how much better that radiator is over stock. Do you have boost and EGT numbers? Any plans for an intercooler?
 
Right now max boost is 11psi and max preturbine temps are 1100F. I have a few more gauges and a boost compensator to install before tuning it anymore...just need to find the time. No plans for an intercooler. At 11psi I'm not sure that It'd be worth it. While not a scientific back to back comparison of the radiators, I haven't had to back off the accelerator yet with the wizzard cooling radiator. The fan clutch is filled with 20k cst oil and is tuned.
 
Awesome, 11 is about where my boost is maxed out too, however I'm only getting about 900f pre turbo egt. I've got more egt room for fuel but still concerned about the coolant temps. Once I get the cooling issues sorted its inter cooler and wind the fuel up time.

That's good to know that radiator works better than the brass copper ones. PWR does an aluminium radiator over here for about $1000 so I'll be looking at that I think. I'm running one of landtanks modified fan clutches.
