LX from Canada, rust

Found a 2008 LX in the rare spec I wanted, but unfortunately it spent most of its 125k+ miles in Ontario. The rust isn't nearly as bad as I expected, but I'm not sure about the downstream resale issues with one originally delivered to Canada. It's for sale in US, was previously imported. I should probably wait for one from a dry state anyway. Thoughts on this particular rust case, or from those that have bought/sold LC/LX that were originally Canadian models? This one has the temp in Celsius but everything else looks as I would expect. Thanks.

That's a little too much for my comfort. I'd also be concerned about that is leaking on that front lower control arm.

Pass, looks like that truck spent its entire life in a salt bath. I would keep looking.

The question is how much are you paying for it? The metal can be cleaned up and kept up once a year. Like have it sprayed before winter. The AHC system is what you want to look at. There is rubber under there that may leak.

Front brake calipers already replaced is a bad sign, even if the rest of it looks relatively good for the conditions/mileage.
