Not sure how to describe it better ;-)
My j75 has some massiv rust unter the windscreen and I wan#t to fix this. Are there any threads out there that show what I can expect to find ? I would like to check if this is something I can do here with a friend or if I schould better bring my Toyo to a body workshop .... I'll post a better picture soon ;-)

Chances are, if the paint is bubbling there's more rust hidden underneath. The real only way to tell is to pull the glass and inspect the lip. Careful with scratching the underside. If you can find a donner channel then simply cut out all the rot and weld in the new piece. best if you can use a seam sealer and weld through primer from the inside of the lip, under the dash, to prevent rust.

Have the windshield removed for better corrosion assessment.

Panels are still available from Toyota. You can cut the corroded parts and replace them.
