Looking for a pair of stock 80 tow points from the front of the rig if anyone has some or knows where to source them (even if you have an ARB and don't need yours!)

Thanks

Was looking on craigslist for another Toyota. Spotted this, then I spotted the price.

Call my crazy but I think 7500 dollars is a little steep for a 60 with just shy of a quarter million miles on it.

Don't get me wrong, I would drive the hell out of it, but my inner cheap bastard just says no.

Agree bud that's too high, the 200K is just breaking in heck Isaac's 60 was still running around here with north of 500. IMO its worth 3 to 4 and would make a good wheeling rig or hunting truck. I rather have that than a ATV for 5K and you can make grocery runs in the cruiser :)

Yeah Saw that today. That is the SAME one cleaned up that was by Chucky Cheese on Johnston for 3500..... Only difference is the vacuming, and Armorall... Still has rusty roof, and other places. Don't know why it being forsale at a stealership makes it worth 4k more than by owner...

I got my rig, for 7.5...

Thanks
Cody

Not mine but truck PK and I went to look at this weekend. Very nice guy and straight up.

As listed: 1975 FJ 40 with restoration in the past. 57,000 original miles.

Asking $11,500

Hey Scott, I looked at Craig's 40 on Thursday and picked her up yesterday. Nice rig. Some minor cancer in the tub and definetly peaking thru on the front fenders. I feel fortunate to have the her. And yes, Craig is a great guy. Thanks for lead and pictures. Bryan, aka Swamp Collie.

95 P/U Truck, Pride, LA $1,500

10/95 Pickup truck w/ 22RE, 37's, 110" wheelbase, stock steering, locked rear (not welded). 411's.

Went to look at this rig from LA Sportsman. Ended up being a bit more of a project than I wanted but it's a good starter for $1,500 and a super nice guy.

What I know of it... the transmission installed does not have a reverse gear but he has an included spare transmission for the truck. Busted side and rear window. 37's not "streetable" but would work for rocks. No shocks. Started and ran well. No title.

JD Babb is the owner and he wants $1,500. He's in Pride, LA and his email is buyahretrievers@gmail.com

Sorry for the large images:

Scott,

My name is JW St. Amant (Marshall St. Amant's nephew). I know Marshall may have mentioned to you that I have a 76 FJ40. Anyway, got really involved in a restoration about 6 years ago and then went active duty military. I have not been back to Baton Rouge since and have not been able to drag my project with me. I am bittersweet about selling it, but I don't see myself getting around to finishing it in the next few years. If you or anyone you know may be interested, please let me know. I have owned two of them and am fairly knowledgeable. The attachment covers the big stuff that I was able to complete. My Dad and I did all of the work with the exception of the engine rebuild (original 2F) which was done by Engine Warehouse in Baton Rouge. Everything but the crank was replaced. Mechanically, it is 95% intact and needs to have the wiring harness and fuel system put back together in order to get it running. The body is back together and ready for finish paint. Anybody with landcruiser knowledge could have this truck going in a few days, and then maybe another few weeks to get the interior and trim the way they want it. I will be in Baton Rouge around Christmas and the week after to show it, or Marshall can show it anytime at his convenience.

Thanks,
JW
