As of next week I'll have a rebuilt Warn M12000 4-Sale. It has a new motor, new sealed drum bearings, upgraded Superwinch Solenoid, new unused 94FT of cable and roller fairlead, and a upgraded LED winch remote asking $400 OBO. I easily have $350 invested in the rebuild without the synthetic rope I order for it last week. The short story for why is the new bumper wouldn't fit it where the drum was going to spool correctly without making some modifications to the 80 and bumper. Of course it fits the ARB perfectly The previous owner had a 9500 in it and the M12 is much larger. I'm starting to see this bumper swap wasn't such a great idea

Attention all future 200 buyers. Hampton new lot has a new 200 silver for sale. On the used lot they have a 200 silver. It has robe at least one dollar cheaper than the new. It looks pretty good from the road. I'll try to stop and get a price. I wanna dream for a little. plus I'm in the cruiser today. Good photo opportunity.

Anyone need a roller fairlead and 85' 3/8ths cable? Swapped them out for a hawse and synthetic. Both came off my Warn m8000 and are in good used condition. $25 and I can deliver to the Crawl. I also have a trailer dolly from HF that I never used and have no use for now that my trailer was sold. Paid $50, will take $30 to get it out of the garage. And still have the flat tow set-up I posted earlier. Would like this gone for sure. $25. All these can be delivered to the Crawl. I am leaving Wed (tomorrow) morning so let me know.

Cody, that is the guy in Denham Springs I bought my first 40 from. Nice guy, had several cruisers in the yard and this one was his DD.

BTW, I sold the winch wire and fairlead and the flat tow bar.
