Hey guys.....moving into my next "phase" I guess. I am looking for a toy hauler to be able to tow the 40 and not have to sleep on the ground any longer. I know some of you guys peruse other sites so if you happen to come across a decent set-up for sale please pass it along.

My wife would like me to get one that I can park the 40 inside and get the 40 out of the garage. The only problem is that I would have to spend crazy money for something like that......not gonna happen unless I find someone very generous. So, I think I will wind up with something like Paul and Ms. Jean have.....a gooseneck with a slide in or pop-up on the front. Looking to spend no more than $8k but the less expensive the better. There are a few for sale on Pirate right now but nothing that I can convince the wife we should get. I have only been really looking for a few days so I am not in a rush. Any help you guys can provide would be appreciated.

seriously though it is nice :) just like last weekend at the jambo
the heater kicked in a couple times nice as toasty n dry , no wet :censor: to put back up when ya get home + since I carry 100 gal fuel make pit stop when the navigator needs:grinpimp:

will prob still tent-it now & then:hillbilly:

They are made after the late model doors 75 - on :)
 
Are you the one that nabbed the rear axle from the one at PAP in Lafayette?
 
Parts needed: some mini truck parts for my Dads 40 to complete the mini-truck power steering and upgrade the brake system. If you run across them please let me know.

79 - 85 Power Steering gearbox
79 - 83 Power Brake Booster
 
Looking for an early passenger fender for a 40 to buy or trade I can work with a later model too. It don't have to be pristine. I have two driver side fenders the primer one is a 70, Red is a 78 I could offer in trade not pristine either but can certainly be worked with on a trail rig or for skins on a pair of Metaltech's tube fenders.

I think I still have my push pull steering box from before the high steer.

That would be cool just let me know if it turns up bud, Mike thanks for the link on the one here on MUD it was an IFS box or I would have grabbed it :)
 
I probably have both, but would have to hand them off at GSMTR and I don't know if anyone is coming!
 
Ok but only if you pay. :). At first I thought it was mr.sids truck, still kinda do since it says new exaste. But it says it's in perry. Be nice to have a "running" stock 62. Curious about miles. But too many projects.
