Funny that you guys are all getting these kits. I am about to order the same thing + bearings and chromo birfs. I chewed some stuff up at GSMTR.
Need some steel 3"x2" boxing, 1/4" thick is good but not necessary or if someone has an account with a local vendor for a good price.
Need a 42" piece to box in the rear of the frame, but I could use the rest of 20' for sliders in such if need be.
How you been bud you must be staying busy you've been quite latley?
Mike bring those rusty fender parts over to the shop and use my bead blaster. Thirty minutes and all your fenders will be rust free ready for primer.
I wish you were closer right now with all the little parts I'm blasting and painting
X2 thats the way to go Mike bead or sand blast them that way if there is any bad rust you'll know about it. You can always weld in the holes. Fresh primer and paint and they'll keep for years
Have a mini truck tool box 4-Sale in good shape purchased from Davin for the GSMTR trip for $30, will discount it $5 for the 4 holes I drilled in it to mount it to the trailer. $25 I can deliver it if needed. Made my father-in-laws day yesterday and gave him the trailer.

attached a pic of the side I mounted to the trailer, the front side is in great shape with two latches but no working lock.
Knuckle kits ordered, looks like it would have cost $10+ to ship one kit, but it was only 13$ for all four so we saved 7 dollars.

Need to get some new stainless brake lines for the 40. Anybody know where's the best place to get them? And anybody know off hand what length the front and rear should be with a 4" lift?
