Sounds like you are accusing someone of theft?
If he was stealing from people I am unaware of that. I never had issues getting parts from him and from what I’ve seen he is doing his best to make right past due orders or give refunds.

As a staff member, I guess you’d have the inside scoop. So what is the difference between @ToyotaMatt having his name crossed through or someone having a question mark for instance?

Regardless, the part I recommended was the wrong year anyway.

You’re right, my opinion. When you take someone’s money and do not provide what you say you would, that would be considered ripping someone off by anyone grounded in reality.
