Wanted Looking for a smog exempt CA FJ40, Monterey CA/SF Bay Area etc

I'm in Monterey, near the SF Bay Area, looking for a smog exempt CA FJ40 that is not a project. Willing to travel a bit. Hard top, power steering at the top of the list. Please let me know if you have something near by. Thanks!

I am contemplating selling my FJ40, but am not sure of the value after everything I have sunk into it. I will never get what I have put into it, but am just not driving it. Fellow Cruiser heads, guess on its value in the market now? I am the 2nd owner and have done quite a bit to keep it OEM/stock with reliability improvements (city racer and Toyota). It’s a 74 with a Sniper, Leather seats, full brake replacement (kept drums, but replaced everything with OEM parts), rebuilt knuckles, new tires, new gas tank with in tank fuel pump, city racer electric power steering….
