Registration cut-off should be 06SEP2013 in order to place the order for the pig. Anyone registering afterwards risks being refunded the dinner cost, as we might not have enough food.
Will the order be placed that weekend or on the following Monday? If on Monday, can we close registration on the 8th?
I need to add 2 more wife's. A meatball a crockpot and 3 wife's
The pig will be ordered on Monday, however purchasing for the other items will probably occur the weekend before...
We've never almost run out of pig/chicken. It's the other items we've ran out of before though...

I will say keep it open but put a disclaimer on there that if you register after X date then there is a chance that you may not get sides at dinner. This is just because there are still 8 people that have said they are going but haven't registered. El Presidente included 
I'm still up in the air and it will be a game time decision for us. We are fine with having to bring our own sides just in case.

Looks like we are a go. Will pay tommorow or by Sunday at the latest. If i need to pay extra for the kiddos let me know. Got 4 of them but i doubt they will eat hardly anything.
