lj78 prado transfer case

hi, was wondeing where abouts the filler cap/plug on my transfer case is? a stupid question i know but any help would be much appreciated

about 5 inches up from the bottom but lower than the idlershaft...17mm

Auto Tranny oil AWOL

The Auto transmission oil level in my LJ78 goes down on long trips and Transfer case oil level goes up and then leaks. I assume the problem is a seal between the two that needs replacing? Has anyone else had this problem and how was it fixed? Can anyone give me a number for parts required? Looking forward to some help
as usual.

I havent heard of it happening on the LJ78 but its common on the larger Landcruisers.

It may be more economical in the long run to run a rebuild kit through the t/case ,as if its like the Landcruiser t/case,you have to disassemble everything anyway
