Does anyone know if the Warn locking hub for the Hilux will bolt right on and replace the electronic hub on a 1991 LJ78 Prado?

I don't think so. You need an adapter.

A better & cheaper solution is to get the whole hub assembly off an old hilux with the good strong Aisin manual hubs & swap that on.

Yes, we have them at Raddcruisers.

Call during bussiness hours (8:00AM/5:00PM) for more details, just got a second run of spacers and they are tweak a little more and seem to fit a little better than the first batch.
