I don't get it. Droop on what? That's how far the suspension falls when you jack it up? That must be just so you have equal suspension travel between the bumpstops? You Landcruiser guys crack me up with following all the directions to a T. Throw those things away. Why pay for a lift and only get half of it??? I would crank the bars up to have a 1/2 inch front rake and get it aligned, I don't care what the "Internet experts" on the 100 forum say. Stop believing everything you read :) I PROMISE you it will be fine.
 
Not sure but my recommended droop was at least 1 1/2 inches. From what I gather in many different places, is that normal driving conditions your shock will most likely not bottom out all the time so it won't get damaged. You go over that and it will start to suffer.
