License plate connection to harness

I’m hoping to find this part number. It connects the license plate bulbs to the harness. (Routes through the door…this is in the wheel well.

I have an 83 FJ40. It’s South American if that matters.

I can reuse this but would rather build a new one.

Thanks for the mention. Looks like a Sumitomo DS series. I do have several of them in stock along with new terminals, wire seal, and mating plug if needed
