I placed an order with these guys on Tuesday, based on your recommendation from 2022. My son managed to rear end someone and now needs a new front bumper and grill parts for his 2000 LX470. Normally I'd get these from Dave Stedman, but shipping a bumper from Japan is cost prohibitive.

They quickly took my $1500 order, and confirmed the order, but I haven't heard a word from them since and they aren't responding to my voicemails. If you have any influence with these guys, I'd appreciate some help. I realize it may take a day or two to finalize an order, but not a week and not communcating is a sin.

I tried PM'ing you, but had no luck making contact.

Thanks in advance
Pretty sure the person that wrote that post was a shill. It’s widely known that Lexus Parts Now has zero customer service and zero accountability. They are a company to be avoided. They are not a dealer and they do not warehouse any parts. They are an online broker and website business. They don’t know about your car. They don’t know about your parts and they will never ever help. I’ve put my story here before, because I went through the process of figuring out who these scammers were and what businesses they were running, so I would never order parts from any of their websites of which they have about a dozen. They come from the lowest class of people that I call “brokers”, taking a piece of the action without providing any sort of service or value.. sorry you’re going through this now, but this is so other people know to avoid that company and every one of their affiliates at all costs, such as Toyotapartsdeal. When one of these companies screws me,even for a dollar, I make sure to take as many tens of thousands of dollars or hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales away from them. Put them out of business.

I was using toyotapartsdeal and will pivot thanks to this information. Looks like hondapartsnow, which I was also using, is the same group.

I got lucky here as no issues. Years ago I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with cruiserparts.net so I'll never buy from them again, even it means I would have to drive a Chevy instead.

Yep, support the dealers. In this instance, they are providing the best pricing and service for real genuine quality parts.
