my guess would be that it meets the federal standard prior to the new 1977 clean air act ammendments.
which probably were enacted by 79 which is when they started putting them in.
so non catalyst. non catalytic converter.
had to designate who knows?

I could be wrong on mine though. The motor at one point was equipped with a smog pump because the bracket is still there, but pump deleted . Here is the tag on this rig.

Here are the front heater parts. Heater assy needs some love, the lever does not move. Heater core seems good, I put my finger on one side and blew on the other, and it held pressure without leaking. Small crack on left defrost defuser and on the bottom of main air duct as pointed out by the orange arrows.

Rear seat heater $100. Good condition and core does not seem to leak either.

Fan blade $30. Fan shroud $75. Coolant resevoir with bracket (needs weld), cap and hose bracket $30. Radiator support $100. Radiator support rod with bushing and nut $30. Radiator brackets also available (not shown)
