Hello, I have replaced original front light bulbs for a LED aftermarket ones from Amazon. Now the turn signal bulbs hyper flash and have to replace them again, the rest of the bulbs are OK so far. Can you please help me to find what turn signal bulb I need for 2011 LX570? The owner's manual says 3457 wedge base bulbs, but there are different types of aftermarket ones - like CK or regular socket, with or without resistor and/or fan, etc. Of course you can't trust those Chinese no name brands, but I'd like to get some decent LED lights. Any recommendations? Also, is it true that rear lights are LED? All or just some of them? Thank you.

Cheap LEDs from Amazon or Superbrightleds.com will eventually interfere with the keyless entry system and will drive you crazy. I learned this the hard way.

Hyper flash is due to the flasher module behind the dash. Diode Dynamics makes a special flasher that fixes this.

Use LASFIT bulbs. They are designed to work with CANbus electrical systems. I have them in all my trucks.

I experienced exactly what KLF described with superbrightleds...intermittent key FOB interference that will drive you crazy.

I can’t see what’s so bad about the stock bulbs to justify all of this trouble.

Thanks for the information. Is there any kind of OEM LED bulb that you can use, or the newer cars don't have replaceable bulbs and you have to buy a whole unit?

I agree. Everybody has different preferences, but the replacement “white” LEDs at 5000K-6000K+ are a BIG peeve of mine. They are so irritating to my eyes. I would much rather have a warmer ~3000K light.

Much worse glare in snow and fog too. Not that high beams are usually best there, but it's nice to have the option.

I was talking about interior lighting. I like the exterior lighting to be around 4500-5500K. Except for on wet, dark asphalt roads. The higher color temperature light seems to be absorbed by the road surface.

So just order them with warm white colors.

Toyota makes a great vehicle, but the interior lighting in every single one I have owned (even the Lexus ES's) is pathetic. Upgrading to some good LEDs in the interior is SOOO much nicer. And they really missed an opportunity to include lighting on the upper hatch on the 200s, so we can see stuff sitting on the lower gate. Did this get fixed in the 300s?

My Tacoma is terrible, one feeble dome light in the middle of the roof, for a double cab, is a joke even 10 years ago. Working on fixes for this.
