@RichmondSeats I emailed thru the website and someone replied that I need to send my old covers in so you could make me some new ones. This was after providing pics and my VIN. You've obviously sold to other people on here and have the pattern, so I don't see why this is necessary. Can you get back to me with the correct information? Can you talk to Hansen and see why the confusion? (unless you are Hansen, which would be very confusing given the thread).

Hansen deals with the Ford, Chevy & Dodge covers. My name is Kevin, I believe he forwarded your photos to me today. He probably asked for the covers cause we lost several of our Toyota & Lexus patterns in Hurricane Harvey and the CAD Machines. I'll email you shortly.

When Ya'll did my seats, I just dropped off the PS seat, and you made a pattern from that. For the DS, you just flipped the pattern.
FYI - it's been almost two years, and I have put a lot of butt time on these seats. They have held up very well, so has the center cover.
The steering wheel wrap does have some wear on it - it has not held up as well as the seats. But it does get direct sun, and oils from my hands.. maybe this is expected?
Next time I clean the truck, I'll post up some pictures. The steering wheel wrap does have some wear on it

Not sure what you are using to clean it but text me photos let me take a look, all of our covers come with a warranty. I probably still have the hide in our warehouse cause we have only sold a hand full of the steering wheel covers.
