I would like to know if the marked seal can be replaced and if it can be replaced, can anybody give me the part number and any videos how to replace it?

Of course it can.
Try this page. I assume you have an earlier 100 running an A343F based on the image you posted.

Then buy an FSM.

I'd suggest you read the service manual for unit repair, before you try to find a video. You need to drop the pan, and remove the manual shift lever. There is a collar on the transverse rod (35561 in the parts diagram above), attached to the shift lever rod, which has a seal on both sides. You need two of the seal, as shown in the parts diagram above. Additionally, you need a collar (Spacer, for manual shift lever, 35505B) part number 90560-20006 and I'd suggest a new roll pin as well, part number 90254-04011.

The service manual says you can reuse the collar (spacer), but you can't because you need a 1/4" chisel to remove it, and you'll mangle it doing so. You also need a 1/8" pin punch to remove the roll pin, which you can reuse, but if it falls out, it'll screw up the works, and it's cheap, so why not replace it? It has to come out anyway, because it's what holds the rod in place. You can use a socket to install the seals, but you'll need a seal puller, and very small one, the OD is about 5/8" IIRC, to remove them. Be very careful not to scratch the bores when you remove the seals, or the new ones won't seal.

Finally, you need a tube of FIPG; your dealer will have it. All of these parts can be ordered through the dealership, they're all in stock in the regional warehouse. You'll have them next day.

The unit repair manual is in the 100 series section in the Resources forum. Download a copy for free. The service manual (FSM) is in there too, as well as the electrical wiring diagram (EWD). All for free.
