I have just completed the replacement of my passenger side front LCA as well as kdss end link and bushing. Could any of you tell me which nuts need to be torque while vehicle is still in the air and which ones need to be torque with the wheels on on level ground? Also, any torque values would be greatly appreciated! On to the drivers side now!

I did a write-up on it when I replaced my BP-51's. Torque values and what to tighten in the air vs on the ground.

Thank you!! How about the ball joint, the tie rod, and cam bolts?

steering knuckle with the 2 bolts.
Torque:
300 N·m {3059 kgf·cm, 221 ft·lbf}

LCA
TIGHTEN FRONT NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM LOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Tighten the bolt and nut.

Torque:

280 N·m {2855 kgf·cm, 207 ft·lbf}

NOTICE:

Perform this procedure with all 4 wheels on the ground.

I'd take it further and roll it back and forth 20 or 30 feet before torquing everything. You'll see the front suspension settle quite a bit while doing this.
