I also have a 94 LC and currently have the 25 & 26 CEL, no drivability issues. I just changed the plugs that had about 25k and the plugs look normal.

This is my second set of O2 Sensors, the 93 & 94 can only use the Toyota sensors 89465-69115, everything else with not work. My mechanic said the problem is the heater element on the O2 sensors.

Part number is 89465-69115 for both of the O2 sensors on a 94. It has a long pigtail but can be used for both locations. I got mine from Partsouq, but you can get them from the dealer as well.

It shows out of stock on partsouq as well. I would call your dealer and see if they can locate it in the warehouse. That is typically what I do.
