Anybody want to ride near the end of January/beginning of February?

I'd be down for doing somewhat of a close park:

AOP, Chocco (I know these) or Morris Mtn, Gulches, Hale Mtn (I've never been, but they're relatively close).
I'll likely be tied up mid-February thru March and I've got the itch bad to get out in the woods.

We'd have to get a consensus fro the others as well but I'm thinking 1/28 weather dependent.

That weekend works with my schedule. The truck looks a little different since my last trip to AOP - hopefully I don't need @FJCRAWLER 's help to bounce up the bunny slopes this trip.

Bump- thread is pretty quiet but looking like a pretty good crowd b/w the Ga crew and the TN crew. I'm counting about 8 rigs right now.

Also, several of the Moab guys will be there so would be a good time to plan and discuss. Where's @TEQiddiot been?

Yo! Sorry, I've been busy working on my truck.

Translation: - I've been busy getting rust in my eyes, shouting vile, inhumane strings of profanity, scaring the s*** out of my neighbors at 3:00am, chain smoking to fight the ever-growing urge to light my truck on fire, and playing darts with trees and pry-bars... I'm not crazy, I swear.

Anyway... 1/28 is a possibility for me. I have a serious obligation on the 26th that may keep me from coming. I will know for certain at some point this week and will PM you as soon as I can confirm. For now, I'm tentatively planing to attend, although I'll probably be riding along with someone. I think it would be a great time to hash out plans for the October trip!

I am feeling pretty confident about making the trip, I had to knock the dust off the 4Runner last weekend cause I hadn't started it since July...

I did notice a little of a coolant leak so I need to get that in order first...

Made a long overdue trip to Toyota, $700 spent there, and another $2-300 spent with Cruiser Outfitters, Ebay and Slee. If the remainder of the parts come in before Friday, the 80 will be in prime shape for this weekends ride. Can't wait. Really hoping the weather holds out this week, so I'm not wrenching in the rain...

some but I'd be hesitant to say many. That said, there will be a group of guys with moderately built trucks and you can always grab an open seat.

I reserved RV space 1 on the end so can camp next to me. I will do biscuits and gravy Saturday morning for the group. I'll bring some firewood, if a few others could bring a little we should be good.
