laptop requirements for using Techstream

First time poster so hope this is the best forum group. I have bought a VBCI and am looking at used laptops locally to dedicate for using Techstream. The laptop for sale has the processor AMD A4-9125 Dual-Core (2.3 GHz base frequency) and RAM can be upgraded from 4GB to 16. It runs Windows 10 S Home which I can upgrade or downgrade.

I mainly want to get more info than the codes my basic ODB2 reader provides and probably watch and save live data.

I'm Using a 10 Year Old Lenovo Thinkpad I got from Work that was in the Trash.
Bought a $20 Ebay battery to Keep from Running Cord.
