I never knew how impatient I could be...............:D

Instructions and confirmation numbers went out a few minutes ago to everyone except:

David Reljac and Michael Eckles

I received a mail damon that the mail couldn't be delivered.

I'll need a good e-mail address to get you your info.

I got mine in the mail today! They are a work of art:bounce2: :bounce:

This goes for anyone, read through the install pdf and post up any questions here and I'll explain and edit the file to help everyone out.

Got'em!!!!:bounce:

The install looks pretty straight forward. Little cut and grind, but I expected that. Now I just need it to warm up a little:doh: .

Thanks Rick!

Everything looks very well thought out - a couple of  and a  and should be some :) this weekend.

Thanks Rick!

Pull the seat out and bring in and put it up on the kitchen table! Great working height and warm as well. Don't you do all your work there?

I'll tell the :princess: that's the plan and see how it goes. You got a room to rent? You know just in case she reacts they way I'm thinkin'.:flipoff2:

post 39 says you have 2 kits available, then your following posts do not say all have been sold. Are the two available?
I PM'd you.
Steven

for the folks who have gotten them, does it raise the hight of the seat up at all, say 1/4 to1/2 inch?

I know it pushes the seat back some but does it increase under seat clearance at all?

Rick these will work with the NON Powered seat right?

Damn - missed this order. Please let us know if you have any extras available, or when you will be doing another run.

There was a mailing issue and a couple sets got lost so I've contacted my machinist to make a few more.

Right now there is 2 sets available and I should have them sometime next week.

First come first served.

There In!!!

Took the day off for my B-Day today and decided to tackle the brackets. AWESOME product!!

The instructions were well drafted and I had no questions from them.

The only SNAFU I ran into was the front holes for the feet didn't wanna line up on the rail and I ended up doin' a little filing. After buttoning up everything I found one of the little glider bearings on the floor by the workbench, sooooo I guess I'll be tearing it all back down to get that back in. But no worries!

For those on the hunt for a countersink bit: Lowes has a Bosch #CSH3C 3/4" 82 degree High Speed Steel Countersink for about $10.

Rick, thanks again for doing these, they are worth there weight in gold!

I'm glad the instructions worked out for you. The old set had poor quality pictures and my new camera does a better job.

On the front bolts, I usually slide them in place prior to the two M8x16s that screw into the rail behind them. But how well they line up is do to how accurate you drill out the spot weld on the foot. The rivet hole should be left alone if the screws don't line up.

I had the same hole alignment issue (center holes), but that part is not structural, so just made the hole bigger. I also found a roller bearing on the floor when I was done, and I'm not tearing it down because the seat slides better now with the new grease than it did before.

Very ingenious product, does exactly what it advertises. It may only be 2", but it's the difference between being cramped in an 80 seat and having full legroom.
