Wanted Land cruiser leather book / case / HELP??

I saw this landcruiser leather book / case thing on some website ( not for sale ) just as an advertisement.... and I'm trying to figure out if it's oem, or a photoshop job, if I can get one somewhere, or if anyone knows anything about this item...Thanks to all you Gurus out there.

How much is it worth to you and how big do you want it? I have a friend that runs a small leather business on the side. He makes all sorts of things out of leather. I'm sure he could do it.
