Back in August, I pulled the trigger on a SoCal Teardrop 459. And after alot of patience, I finally got to see the build in progress last week, ("all good things come to those who wait") :bounce:. I happened to be in the area for a work related purchase and only being 4 miles from the shop, I had to stop by for a peak. Should be ready for pick-up in a couple of weeks.

Freakin' sweet!!! Can't wait to see it completed. Are you going yo match the paint scheme of the LX?

The wife would shoot me if I did.

80,
When are you gonna order yours? Oh yeah, that's right, you already have an offroad trailer..........I think :flipoff2:. Has Ben finished that up for you yet? Make sure you post up pics when he does.

Hey, will that teardrop fit, and be with you, on the 80's next trip thru The Squeeze? :D

Plus, it could give new meaning to "Heart Attack Hill"!

I mean, you might as well "break" it in (pun intended), without hesitation, right? Right.......?

Congrats! I have seen Dave's teardrop and it is awesome. I am sure u will love it! I think we need to plan a SoCal 80's trailer trip soon...

I know this trailer will go where the 80 takes it, but I plan on babying this thing. Mojave, Monache, Moab,...here I come!

Can't wait to enjoy it! Trailer trip sounds fun and I like your build on your own tear drop,.

Hehe, you've probably heard that expression "...don't BS a BS'er....!"

I bet you said the same thing about your '80 too, way back when.....

But I believe ya, and it should last at least a week or two before you do something hardcore with that beauty!

Derrick, I'm very jealous. That thing is going to be so nice! Congrats.

The Wait Is Over!

:bounce:Well, almost! Although I finally got to bring it home tonight, it'll probably be a couple weeks before I actually get to use it. As far as accessories, I added the following: ARB 50qt Fridge, 19gal Water Tank W/Quick connect shower attachment, Fiamma awning, Gabe's Custom Roof Rack on Thule Bars, AT's Spare Tire/Gas Can Carrier, Diamond Plate Storage Box & Deck, Group 31 AGM Battery, Upgraded LED Light Package, Upgraded Kitchen, Mack Tie-downs, & the Max Coupler. Honestly that is probably only half of the options that are available for this thing, but I figured it was a good start. I'll post some action shots in the future but here are a few pictures of the finished product.

Very nice!!!

Ok, so who needs to be persuaded into the next Teardrop purchase? :D

I am sure those who see this thing first hand will be tempted. The build quality of this trailer is amazing!
