All here in Mason Tx are glad he's still here. Know how he feels, got bucked off my Iron Horse a couple of times. Nurses and ER personal are always a little ruff on Motorcycle crash patients or at least they were to me.
 
As my dad always told me (and I found out the hard way) there's only two types of motorcycle riders - 1) those who have crashed, and 2)those who will crash.

Good to get #1 out of the way without getting killed! Prayers for a quick recovery!

I received an email that said he was walking the halls today. I am gonna call Rich in a few minutes...just got home. Will let you know what I find out.

Me too!

I didnt ge any pain meds for like four hours and had to endure them picking rocks out of me the whole time!!
 
Sorry I didn't post anything up after I talked to Rich. Walking, pacing...as long as he is up and moving around that is all I wanted to hear. Besides, I would have paid money to see him walking around in a hospital gown-actually 2 of them covering him. He will be moved out of ICU as soon as they have a room available for him.

Talked to Rich, Kowboy has tried to con him into bringing beer to the hospital. He is doing better today...and every day he is getting better.:clap:

I understand he will be getting his cell phone back in a day or so. He is still in ICU, waiting on a room in the general pobulation (sounds like he is in prison.) I don't think he is gonna be wearing any pj's up there he wants his shorts, t-shirt and what he calls his jesus shoes.

Will keep ya'll posted. Oh yeah, he has some cute little nurses taking care of him!!!!!

I just found this while browsing yalls section. kowboy sounds like a character of a person.

if you dont mind me asking which hospital is he at? I worked ambulances and fire dept in Mobile for 8 years till we moved last July. I may know some of the nurses and people at the hospital. Did the wreck happen in Mobile?
 
Nick, I feel certain as soon as Kowboy is able he will be posting pictures of the nurses and letting ya'll know how he is doing. It is certainly boring not hearing from him on here. At least we know he is gonna be OK and will be back to his aggrevating self very soon.

He is tough, aggrevating and I am sure giving those folks in the hospital hell. They will probably be happy to get him out of there as well.

One of his favorite sayings is "just another day in my miserable life." He should be very thankful he has some many people out there who care about him...

Thanks for all the kind words to me..personally if I could get to him I believer I would kick him in his behind...
