Thanks for the info on the rust encapsulator I checked and can get it here too I like the nozzle so it can get deep into the pillars.

Thanks! Im enjoying the challenge and with the rust where it is I think it was just quicker to pull the roof off, probably not cheaper but at least it will last once its done.
