well an update. turns out she had state farm and so do i. she only had 25K in property coverage and since she hit a building they are going to cover that first. i will be in turn using my uninsured/under-insured policy and basically stuck on my own. oh well, at least it sounds like i will get to keep my truck after all this is over and get a few grand.

time to pull the engine, freshen it up, stuff it in another 80, part out this one and move on. i know the family of the lady that hit me and her son is the chief of police here so not worth having to sell everything and move if i sue her because he would make life a living hell.

anyone bought a lift in the last year and want to do me a favor? they are saying my lift and tires are worth $25 bucks unless i can provide an invoice. i have an invoice for some tires from a friend so i can make that work but i got that lift in 07 and have no idea where the copy of the invoice is. anyone want to send me a copy of one just so i can have something to turn in?

Can't you just give them the price of it at Slee? That's what I did.
