Keep losing my wheel weights

They might not be getting the weight down on the rim because of the rim proctector on the tire. I have has a few shops have problems with them

There must be a dozen profiles for hammer on weights now a days. with the old steel wheels, I've been recycling those onto wheels for decades. if they were loose, I'd squeeze the clips and put them back on.

mudgods....is there a document that reference the fn weights as being the toyota recommended?
