Had a great time at Roundup '09. The drive was really long, but I would do it again next week if my job and wife would let me. Really pretty country and great people. Met Rick aka "Digdug" out there, he and his wife rolled in on Thursday.

I drove the Tacoma twice on Aggie Hwy, both directions and rode with BKCruiser on Friday morning. The trails and terrain were really fun, but the Tacoma is still a little new and shiny for me to wheel to hard. Plus I had to drive it 17 hrs. home.

I've heard a lot about the Roundup, and always wanted to go, didn't think this year would be my last chance.

Bailey, its hard for me to feel bad for you, you are the one that's been driving around Australia for the past month.

However I am also a bit jealous that I couldn't make it either.

We went all the way out to Big Bend NP before the Round Up and spent a couple days there. Amazing landscapes and the biggest sky you will ever see.

Who ended up with your 80?

A guy that was stationed down at the Army Base in Columbus. He and his wife were both from Alaska and he wanted it up there.




Your truck would have done great at Katemcy. You would have had a ball. Eventhough this was the "last" Roundup, I have a feeling those guys will come up with something for next year.
