The number 4's are giving me some grief and I'm hoping for some input .. since I cut the fenders down about 20mm, the frame rail is now so close to the 60 series body mount hole, there isn't much space for the 80 series bushing ..

This is the upper portion of the bushing set that should go in this location, the rounded bottom would sit in the little metal bucket ..

This is the bottom portion of the pair .. as you can see there isn't enough space for either of them.

Do you guys know of a rubber bushing I could use in this space that attaches with a top bolt and bottom washer and nut (like the original stuff)?
I cut the rubber isolator in half and made a shorter mount with a welded captive nut in it.

Nice work on the other mounts

Right on, thanks @samc2447 .. any chance you have a picture floating around?
Unfortunately I don't. Just make a stepped down version of what you've done above to fit below the hole. Once you have that in place trim your body mount with a bit extra to allow it to compress to fit.

ok .. do you remember, did you cut the upper or lower bushing part? did you still use the little metal cup that came with the original perch?

I used the attached solution for #3 & #4 body mounts when I did my chassis swap. You will love the new flex with the 80 series chassis. Great work on all the rust repair BTW. I also cut my rear inner wheel wells flush with the underside of the dip for the rear seat.
