Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

OFFICERS' REPORTS

President: Brief summary of meeting topics

• June events posted to mud.
• Trail ride muster point at Coyote's Coffee. Details
• Website not up to date. Officers to discuss offline.

OLD BUSINESS

Bylaws revision

• President read the summarized revisions and opened the floor for discussion
• The merits and impetus for the new waiver requirement were discussed
• Moved/seconded/unanimously voted in favor of accepting revisions as presented
• @COS80 to revise Roster spreadsheet - add a column to record who has and hasn't submitted their waiver and create file folder for scanned docs complete
• @COS80 to email final docs to Voting Members and request waiver completion complete

NEW BUSINESS

1. BRC is collecting names of trails to reopen. Details and submission link here.
2. CLC Trail Adoption
   1. @SAS to request data on known trails with sponsors
   2. CLC will consider adopting a trail not on that list
   3. Purpose is community service - maintain the trail
   4. We only have to write and submit a proposal to include the trail, timeframe, and tasks
3. Gulches cleanup
   1. @COS80 learned from a WP resident that the area around the Gulches has been especially hard-hit by the pond scum trashing our beloved forest.
   2. The suggestion was to coordinate with the Teller Co. Sheriff and organize a cleanup day
   3. Further suggested to contact a newspaper and maybe get an "embedded reporter"
   4. @SAS will check with Focus on the Forest to see if there's an even bigger opportunity for collaboration
4. @raisinhell2 has offered the use of his beautiful, new shop to a) hold a CLC meeting or b) host an event e.g. "bearing packing party". The former is confirmed for July; the latter still under consideration. Thanks, @raisinhell2 !
5. Vote to pay $50 annual dues to CO4WDA unanimously approved. @TK470 to submit payment.
