:whoops: <Ahem.> Regarding secretary status, Quint cannot commit due to work schedule as well as Julie. I cannot remember whether we actually nominated anyone for the vacancy for Secretary.

That may be a possibility. Amanda accepted the nomination as long as she thought she was able to due to time constraints.
