Nice! That be brown?!?

Good move Bri, nice looking truck! Agree with Hof, like the color.
Can't imagine driving a 4 door dually in the city.

Thanks guys! it is brown rice.

Can't imagine driving a 4 door dually in the city.

Yea, it doesn't go downtown because it doesn't fit and even around the suburbs it blows. Absolutely loving this tundy so far.

I have both axles mounted in the truck, as well as fuel tank and all new x members and lots of fixing 15 years of Band-Aids still need to:

Plum the Ford tank
Run all new fuel lines
Run all new brake lines
Finish and hang the new exhaust
Joe is gearing and locking my thirds
Load both axle housings
Mount the hydro ram
Armor the front axle
Out board the rear shocks
Mount the anti wrap
Mount the front shocks
Install the new steering links and align
Modify my shifters
Install the x member
Modify the body and cage for the new tire arcs
Lots of other little things

And I'm on a plane heading to work in Vegas and won't be home until late Wednesday night. Then to racine wi on Sat and Sunday, and I work every day before sd... should be interesting.

Nice, good thing you have the trailer. Im waiting on:
New ford steering box
Bleed the steering system without blowing the box up
Get my pos caliper and brake line to stop leaking
Drive truck
Fix evreything wrong on test drive
Flex the truck and hack fenders
Make ginger bumps
Wheel the truck a bit
Install new winch mount
Paint stuff

Earliest part that i need arrives wednesday.

I have a new rear driveshaft in the mail, so my bent one will become my wheeling shaft.

I'm waiting on my spring mounts to arrive for the 63" cheby springs.
Replaced rear brake hose with longer steel braided unit.
Bled brakes.
Fixed seized brake adjuster & adjusted rear brakes so that they work now.
Fixed power steering leak finally.
Still need to bleed the steering.
Changed oil and fixed leak at drain plug with new plug gasket.
Added rear bumper stops.
Parts due to arrive this week some time hopefully.
My s*** is minimal compared to Hoff & John.
Wish I lived closer so I could assist.
I have 3 days off between now & the date of my exodus for S.D.

Yea. I went to the desktop too.

7 more days for me.
Parts will be here in 4.
They come late here so it's more like 5.
But I still feel as though I'm gonna get it done in time.
Please, God, don't let anything happen at UPS that could cause a delay in delivery! Amen.

3.5 more days of work and I get to put that out of office message up.

80 is down to just needing rear bumpstops dropped since I ordered shocks that are too long, an oil change, and a good cleaning. Then it's time to load up. I even have the AC temporarily functioning.

Johns last diff will be to him this evening.

Weather looks to be pretty nice for our trip, upper 80's every day, only two days with a 20% chance of rain, and it will be pushing 100 degrees here while we are gone. Is it Thursday yet?

Man I cant concentrate at work today!! This is going to be one long ass week between being mentally on vacation and late nights in the garage prepping the truck. Thursday at 4pm when my ass hits the seat of that Metra train will be great, leaving sometime after rush hour on Friday for our leisurely trip out there and Sunday afternoon arrival. Going to spend a day at the badlands (SD) on the way out.

forestry pass arrived today. Brake assembly for the trailer arrives tomorrow. Current plan is to load Bon's bike into the back of the truck and we'll both head toward SD Friday morning with a plan for a Saturday arrival. She'll prolly leave for Denver Sunday morning from Deadwood.

Got my pass. Few things left to do on my cruiser. Nothing crazy. so excited!

I'm.... Fxxxed. Well, no I should be able to make it out on Friday... if everything has been done perfectly the first time, ha!

You're on the home stretch now. Besides, you only have until Wednesday night before the fires of hell find themselves in the Chicagoland area
