off the effin chain JT.

I put one of those wheelskin steering wheel covers on tonight.

I'd rather spend 12 hours wire wheeling and 2 days afterwards picking steel wire out of my crotch and nursing my crippled hands back to life than do that s*** again.

I took pictures, but I'm so disgusted with what just transpired I'm not even gonna post them.

Heated seats and a leather wrapped steering wheel? Dude you are setting the bar waaaayyy to high!

I remember looking at the seats when we were fitting them and saying "what the hell is this plug for?". You've got to be kidding me!!! Only JT!

Can't say that I've ever had a desire to have heated seats in my crawler. Now, if somebody could cool those SOB's I'm all in!

I remember a few times they would have been awesome.....this trip is snowed on us at the top of Green Momba Ext in March. We actually talked of heated seats on that day

You need some Lexus LS seats... they have a thermoelectric cooler and a blower... keeps things cool down there :grinpimp:

Saw JT's rig rolling up to JRob's. Sumbichistight..so tight.. I'd nail it.

Thanks, Bomar. I'm pretty f'ing happy with how she turned out.

Got the exhaust done and a new windshield put in.

Have been having some sporadic electrical issues that, I think, I finally traced back to the OEM fuse block. I've taken it apart twice already and cleaned the terminals on the back. Took it all back apart for the third time this weekend, cleaned the back terminals again, took a rod file to the fuse clamps on the front, tightened the fuse clamps so the fuses hardly budge once you get them in, replaced all the fuses, and cut out an insulator (which was missing) for the back of the block, and reinstalled everything. For the past couple of days everything has been solid. Hoping not to have to revisit this.

Installed in cab auxiliary wiring using a couple of BlueSea fuse blocks. Dedicated and fused connection from the battery and isolated from the factory wiring altogether...outside of the Accessory wire I tapped to trigger the relay controlling power to this entire setup. Everything I've added is wired to this setup. Major pain in the ass, but it should be fairly solid.

Got to wrap up a couple more things before hauling her to Mardis Krawl later this week.
