I would install them with the vehicle at standard ride height, with a loaded suspension. Do not lubricate the bushings.

Great stuff for a hiway vehicle. I'm not too sure about off road though. Possible articulation restrictions due to the increased radius perhaps?

Yeah (Landtank / Rick) i have lockers now when you mention the crimped spot i only see on the right side but not on the left side.Am i going to have problem later on?

You can check your original bar but I think that your fine. The harness runs along the right side down to the diff.
