Looking for a RH front belt in good- very good condition. Retractable ‘79 and up IIRC. Grey (would consider black if it’s a pair).

If I can’t find a decent used one, I guess I’ll have to buy new.

Hit me up if you have one or if you need to unload as a pair and condition is primo I’d be interested.

Cheers

Pretty sure RH or LH are the same.. been looking for years for gem replacements.

Thanks for your input Rob.

Am I missing something here? or was your post actually supposed to be helpful?

Looking into a pair from Saudi, let you know if it works out.

I purchased the belts from Cruiser Corps and they are total crap.

I re-webbed mine about 14 years ago. They’re doing alright, but I’ll likely have to do it again in the next few years. Nothing lasts forever anymore. This time I’ll track down some heavier seatbelt webbing. :D

It’s not the webbing that goes typically.

The retractors on the aftermarket ones are the issue.

I’m kicking myself for tossing my original Toyota retractable belts now… re webbing would have been the go.

Just burns my butt to pay up for crappy parts when there is no other options.

Mine are old and s***ty, and kindof retract most of the time.

I don't even think the ends are correct, they don't latch all that solidly.

Only part that really bugs me is the missing plastic cover over the passenger side retractor spool thing. (If anyone has one...:grinpimp: )

I'd be tempted to try something like this generic kit. Probably comes from the same factory in China as the 300 buck versions.

I’ve read some have had good luck with Hummer seatbelts bought off eBay. No firsthand experience. OE belt seem like a better option than crappy aftermarket belts.

I also bought after market 300$ seatbelts.

cheep crap compared to originals, can’t remember where I bought them, wouldn’t recommend them and also wish I could have rebelted my originals.

A life full of regrets, hope this helps!

Maybe?
They don’t list 79-84 front retractable.

So apparently… grey is the unicorn colour.

Also $252 USD for a pair of fronts… plus shipping, plus tax and duty.

Turning into $300+ pretty quick.

I’m averaging about $150 for front belt replacement every 10 years or so. I can go through that in a few hours popping clay pigeons on a sunny afternoon 😉

Meh… is what it is

Could be spending money on women and liquor… the rest I can just waste. 🤣

12 ga lever. Hmmmm. What make and model is that?

Adler A110 12 gauge next to my 30-30, fun as hell!

Also with lever shot guns there’s no need for the Wellington’s, duncher hats and tweed jackets.
