Is this a H55? (1 Viewer)

Looking for some help identifying a transmission and transfer.

The guy selling states that it is from a BJ70 - behind the 3b, but I want to make sure before laying down the coin.

apparently, it worked through all gears, but was starting to get noisy.

Can't swear to it, but it does look about right. Question is, does it have the right size input shaft for your intended application? Heard they are a pain to rebuild.

Thanks, I'm in the process of swapping out my 3b for a 14b.

Hoping to pull both motors out this week and then compare input shafts.

Thinking that I'll pick this transmission up, as it is only a couple of hundred dollars.

the boot and lever behind the selector cover, between the 'box' and transfer is the 5th gear selector, I believe,,,,,,

It is a H55F box.
Which series of cruiser do you intend to chunk it in?

Yes it is a 55, do you have a pickey of the input sharft, it should be fine spline and the sharft is 50 mm longer than a 2h.
