ODB2 engines still have the Data Link Connector in addition to the ODB2 port on the interior fuse panel.

Is there a diagnostic port in the interior fuse box panel? Also, are there dual catalytic converters? It seems pretty OBD2 from pics, I was already surprised by the EGR valve. Digging the oil residue on the big PCV hose, the lovely 1FZ hybrid system. You can run out of gas and then your oil sump will take over.
